At Wantedly, we saw the need to equip and connect users with the right tools for their career growth and search. Here are some selected highlights of our initiatives in 2020:

Hiring-Freeze Tracker

A live hiring tracker designed to help job seekers with their career search. While the platform invites the community to contribute to its listing, Wantedly assists in verifying the list as well.

Pro Bono Job Listing

A list of active hiring companies are collated and shared with various institutions, schools, and talent communities to keep their students, alumni, and members informed of all possible job opportunities within the platform.

Wantedly Career Connect

We held our first virtual career sharing session with insights on current hiring trends, trade secrets on what recruiters are looking for, and tips for building an effective resume. With our invited guests from Sparkline and Trent Global College, over 100 registrants, valued partners and talent community have contributed tremendously to this success. Attendees also walked away with various e-resources shared during the talk.
