As the DE&I Clients Solutions Lead at Michael Page, Alister provides consulting with companies and businesses to hire inclusively of persons with disabilities. He pioneered this business unit in Singapore and expanded into Asia Pacific. ​Born with Cerebral Palsy, Alister is recognised regionally in Diversity and Inclusion, speaking in Australia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, Vietnam and Singapore, and has been speaking in global organisations such as Microsoft, J.P Morgan, Bloomberg, Boehringer Ingelheim, LinkedIn, Uber, Sleek and many more, with the objective of making a positive growth

On this learning journey, we will join an exclusive Enabling Village tour, and hear from the company about it’s mission and how it’s inclusive hiring efforts shape the company’s culture. ​​We will get to learn from the Founder, Yock Song, and their docent, Jackie Chiohn, on what it takes to support an inclusive workplace. ​​At the age of 6, Jackie was involved in an unfortunate road accident, and his right limb’s nerve system is malfunctioning. In this session, we will also be inspired by Jackie's passion for connecting with people, and how he achieves that at Ludus Lab! ​
