Be it ordering food in, or exploring a new mall together, or packing lunch to work, our members rotate to choose/share new dining experiences and introduce interesting cuisines to each other; more importantly we talk about anything under the sun over our team lunches!

#WantedlyVisits is a team-bonding series where we meet with different stakeholders from our ecosystem and exchange ideas. We also volunteer with charitable and non-profit organisations, read more about it in our Stories!

With a flat organisation and cross-team collaboration, we always take ownership to fulfil our objectives. That is also a key competency our performances are measured on!

To drive our decision-making process, our company values are as follows: Team first, Get things done, User obsession, Less is more, Code wins arguments and Move fast!

Wantedly is global with offices in Japan and Singapore, and our International Tribe works closely on product development and other areas to achieve greater reach for our social impact!

We typically work 2-3 days in office and work from home/anywhere the rest of the week. Our super power is balancing autonomy and team work together seamlessly!
