Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the retail/delivery service. Responsibilities: • Handle purchases of items in accordance to delivery orders. • Package customer purchases appropriately and execute relevant delivery procedures. • Keep and record purchases and delivery orders properly as per operating procedures. • Maintain inventory records if necessary. • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment. • Communicate effectively with team members and management. • Operate and oversee delivery robots (training will be provided). We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and diligent all-rounder who is interested to be part of a SME-type start up. While there is nothing fancy about our business, our industry is one of the 4 main pillars (衣,食,住,行) of what every person needs - STAY. Traditionally, this is a Corporate Sales function where you have to sell our rooms to Corporations and Expats. However, we are seeking to work with someone who can manage a broader job scope. What you'll be doing: - Transforming us from Serviced Apartment to Co-living branding - Leading corporate sales and partnerships - Assisting with B2B and B2C marketing - Assisting Front Desk and Concierge service operations - Oversee operations including housekeeping representatives Prepare to get your hands dirty because you will get direct hands-on experience on what it takes to manage and grow a hospitality business. As a homegrown and family business, we are lean and able to multi-task to support one another, and most importantly, translate this into our Guests' experiencing their stay with us like their own home. Position Overview: The Office Assistant will provide vital support to the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is essential for maintaining a well-organised and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multitasker with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks. He or she will report to the Finance Manager. Responsibilities: [Administrative Support] • Manage and coordinate office communications, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries. • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences. • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications. [Data Entry and Record Keeping] • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems. • Assist in data entry and ensure the integrity of information. [Office Organisation] • Maintain a clean and organised office space, including ordering and organising supplies. • Monitor and replenish office inventory as needed. [Customer Service] • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. • Address and redirect inquiries to the appropriate department.
