As we receive more local and international guests who typically stay with us for over a month, we need to maintain a top-notch level of cleanliness and service standards.

Our small but dedicated housekeeping team takes care of:
• General area cleaning
• Tidying up rooms; Making beds and changing linens
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchenette area
• Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
• Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry
• Washing and ironing linen and towel items
• Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
• Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
• Emptying trash and disposing of waste
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
• Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
• Other miscellaneous or ad-hoc items as the need arises

The goal is to provide a safe, welcoming and comfortable temporary home for our guests who may be local residents or inbound business travellers or relocating expats!

We are looking for someone who is diligent, respectful and reliable. 
• Experience is welcome but not required and we will provide adequate training.

Our business is growing quickly and we are looking for senior citizens to join our Housekeeping team!

As we expand our business, we are creating an all-new role to take care of our expanded operations, dedicated to Laundry service at our Serviced Apartment.

Our laundry attendant will be responsible for the overall laundry operations (5-day week) and assisting other requirements by the Housekeeping Department. including:

• Picking up guests and linen items ensuring washing/cleaning/drying and return in pristine conditions
• Upholds a professional impression and perception of the Triple 2 Studio.
• Ensures that any found personal belongings (E.g. money, loose items, etc.) in the resident’s laundry are being returned with their garments promptly.
• Process proper documentation/recording of laundry requests and charges.
• Shows care for assigned work areas by organising and maintaining the laundry and work areas in clean and hygienic conditions throughout and at the end of the shift; Ensures that all equipment used is clean and kept in good working condition at all times.
• Undertakes and performs any additional duties as assigned for Housekeeping.

The expectations are to deliver a high standard of service and quality for all things Laundry for our business and our guests, and you will need basic washing / pressing equipment knowledge to apply.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Lead to help expand Oryon's AI / Web3 ecosystem. This role is focused on identifying high-potential founders, projects, protocols, funds, communities, KOLs, and ecosystem partners, then building long-term relationships that can lead to investment, incubation, partnerships, growth support, or strategic collaboration.This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who understands Web3 markets, early-stage projects, founder needs, partnership logic, and ecosystem growth.

Responsibilities:
Source and connect with early-stage AI / Web3 founders, projects, protocols, funds, communities, and ecosystem partners.
Build and manage a BD pipeline across Telegram, X, LinkedIn, Discord, email, events, communities, and personal networks.
Identify promising projects across AI agents, DeFi, wallets, trading products, prediction markets, RWA, stablecoins, on-chain data, developer tools, and Web3 infrastructure.
Support partnership discussions, founder outreach, project evaluation, and ecosystem relationship building.
Help portfolio and partner projects connect with relevant resources, including talent, KOLs, communities, market partners, exchanges, and strategic collaborators.
Track outreach, project information, communication progress, and partnership opportunities in internal systems.
Work closely with Oryon’s distributed team to evaluate project fit and move promising opportunities forward.
Contribute market insights on AI / Web3 trends, emerging projects, user growth channels, and regional ecosystem opportunities.

Requirements:
Experience in business development, partnerships, growth, investment, ecosystem development, or founder/project sourcing.
Strong understanding of Web3, crypto, AI, DeFi, exchanges, wallets, trading products, communities, or early-stage startup ecosystems.
Ability to identify high-potential projects and understand their business model, product direction, market positioning, and partnership needs.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with remote, global, fast-moving work environments.
Able to work independently, build a pipeline, follow up consistently, and drive conversations from first contact to next steps.
English communication ability is preferred; additional languages such as Chinese are a plus.

Nice to Have:
Existing network across Web3 founders, exchanges, funds, KOLs, communities, launchpads, market makers, or ecosystem partners.

Work Model:
Remote / globally distributed.

Compensation:
