As a new team member

Learn what it takes to excel in business development, and experience working in a startup environment. We are looking for a Business Development Associate to play a critical role in Wantedly's business expansion in Singapore. If you are a quick learner, independent, love to get your hands dirty, we would love to have you over for a chat over coffee! The successful candidate will report to, and work closely with the Business Development team to learn and implement the following: • Learn the importance and the role of business operations with our international support team • Learn the ropes of approaching customers by cold calling and achieve sales objectives as a team • Support our client success team to assist clients in troubleshooting, creating company profiles and job posts • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance • Generate leads and build a sales pipeline • Close deals and contribute to our MRR growth • Partner with our marketing team to increase Wantedly's awareness and attractiveness The successful candidate we are looking for would likely demonstrate the following: • Inbound marketing, inside sales, inbound sales knowledge • HR Tech and B2B SaaS landscape understanding • Sales funnel and Customer Success experience • Track record of "Hunting" or "Farming" • Efficient in building sales decks and proposals • Digital savviness including expertise in CRM and Google Workspace • Professionalism and effective positive communication • Existing developed professional network If you have the above, we shall consider your application for Senior Executive-level for the role, but we are open to applicants from diverse backgrounds and qualifications. If you do not have prior business education or sales experience, you can join us as a Junior/Executive we will include a Career Conversion Programme (Singaporeans/PR-only) training for you. Our close-knit team is big on collaborative efforts. Aside from work, we enjoy playing online games together on Fridays, and chat about all the latest food trends we should try out as a team, for fun!
