What we do
A holistic fitness, swimming, birth and therapy centre providing a wide range of services catering to prenatal and postnatal moms, babies, young children and women. Our centre includes a warm heated pool for aqua therapy, aqua movements and baby swimming and a studio area for all our fitness classes and workshops and therapy room which provides myofascial release treatment. Our pregnancy specialized services includes birth and postpartum doula services and antenatal consultation.

How we do
The uniqueness of Inspire Mum & Baby is the customized services we rendered to all our clients and the small cosy group per class basis. We do not take big group as we emphasize on knowing every client's needs and how we can assist them to achieve a positive result. We created a holistic environment so that our clients can have all their needs attended to in our centre.
