As we receive more local and international guests who typically stay with us for over a month, we need to maintain a top-notch level of cleanliness and service standards.

Our small but dedicated housekeeping team takes care of:
• General area cleaning
• Tidying up rooms; Making beds and changing linens
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchenette area
• Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
• Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry
• Washing and ironing linen and towel items
• Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
• Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
• Emptying trash and disposing of waste
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
• Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
• Other miscellaneous or ad-hoc items as the need arises

The goal is to provide a safe, welcoming and comfortable temporary home for our guests who may be local residents or inbound business travellers or relocating expats!

We are looking for someone who is diligent, respectful and reliable. 
• Experience is welcome but not required and we will provide adequate training.

As we expand our business, we are creating an all-new role to take care of our expanded operations, dedicated to Laundry service at our Serviced Apartment.

Our laundry attendant will be responsible for the overall laundry operations (5-day week) and assisting other requirements by the Housekeeping Department. including:

• Picking up guests and linen items ensuring washing/cleaning/drying and return in pristine conditions
• Upholds a professional impression and perception of the Triple 2 Studio.
• Ensures that any found personal belongings (E.g. money, loose items, etc.) in the resident’s laundry are being returned with their garments promptly.
• Process proper documentation/recording of laundry requests and charges.
• Shows care for assigned work areas by organising and maintaining the laundry and work areas in clean and hygienic conditions throughout and at the end of the shift; Ensures that all equipment used is clean and kept in good working condition at all times.
• Undertakes and performs any additional duties as assigned for Housekeeping.

The expectations are to deliver a high standard of service and quality for all things Laundry for our business and our guests, and you will need basic washing / pressing equipment knowledge to apply.

Position Overview 
We are seeking an experienced accountant to manage the financial operations for both Special 
Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and corporate entities. This role combines hands-on accounting work 
with strategic financial management, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational 
skills. 

Core Responsibilities 
1. SPV Financial Management 
• Establish and maintain financial books for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) 
• Manage third-party referral fee calculations and payments 
• Prepare annual unaudited financial statements 
• Execute the preparation and submission of Form C-S 
• Execute and monitor capital calls from investors:  
- Ensure accuracy of capital call amounts 
- Track payment status and completeness 
- Provide regular updates on outstanding payments 
- Coordinate with Ascend team for payment collection 

2. Corporate Accounting (NonPublic Holdings and Ascend Angels Pte. Ltd.) 
• Maintain internal accounting records and general ledger 
• Prepare and analyze Profit &amp; Loss statements and Balance Sheets 
• Conduct monthly and annual financial closing procedures 
• Manage fixed asset register and related depreciation schedules 
• Perform regular bank reconciliations 
• Process journal entries accurately and timely 

3. Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable 
• Process payments through SPV and Ascend bank accounts
• Generate weekly accounts receivable aging reports  
• Support AR monitoring and collection eWorts  
• Maintain accurate vendor and payment records  

4. Payroll and Statutory Compliance  
• Process regular payroll based on Singapore requirements including CPF contributions  
• Handle employee expense claims  
• Prepare and submit annual income tax forms (IR8A)  
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations
 
Required Skills and Experience 
• Professional accounting qualification 
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and regulations 
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks 
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
