SGQR Project
There are 3 aspects of the project: 1) Usability Testing - reviewed the design layout of the new SGQR Application Form, to simplify the application process, enable the user to know what is required and where to fill up, at one look, instead of confusing user with ambiguity and questions, which will only add up to their frustrations in applying. 2) User Acceptance Testing - supported the IT team in simulating various customer persona on IBM System i or AS400. The goal is to ensure a seamless customer experience when applying for SGQR online and to use the SGQR app on any devices, to avoid delays in processing and customer complaints. 3) Processing Applications - after the launch of the product, customers can apply through online and offline channels so applications would be processed through different systems based on the respective channels and my job is process the applications and gather feedback for any room for improvement.
