[What will I be doing?]
As the Intern, Human Resources Technology - Asia Pacific (APAC), you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards!
- Project Support: Assisting HR technology teams in various small and large projects, such as new implementations, quarterly system upgrades, integrations, or automation initiatives
- Collaboration: Collaborating with Corporate and Hotel HR teams, Finance, and IT teams to support HR initiatives
- Data Entry and Management: Responsible for gathering, entering, and updating Team Member information in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Reporting and Analytics: Gathering and analyzing data from HR technology tools to create reports and dashboards for HR and management
- System Testing and Troubleshooting:Assist in testing HR technology systems and processes, identifying and reporting any bugs or issues, and working to resolve them
- Documenting Processes: Responsible for documenting new HR technology processes and creating / updating user guides and training materials for Team Members
