When push comes to shove though, you aren’t asking your employees to work in a vacuum, and making sure that they’ll fit together as a team can be just as important.

Before you begin hiring, try mapping out the team dynamics you’re looking for. Who is in charge of what? Which positions will be working together closely? Of course you want employees who are good at what they do, but for a truly productive team you’ll want to think just as much about how they fit into their positions.
