Meeting notes, documents to share with four different companies, game master data, proposals, and various other materials were scattered everywhere. As a newcomer to the project, I faced numerous challenges and made my fair share of mistakes. However, these experiences paved the way for a breakthrough. I took the initiative to create a centralized development homepage using Notion. This platform allowed me to compile all relevant information into a single, easily accessible display. Everything from project requirements to timelines, development updates, engineer tasks, and meeting notes was categorized and readily available without the need to sift through multiple folders. This innovative approach significantly improved the project's operations, streamlining processes by approximately 80% and reducing stress levels for project management. It was a testament to the power of perseverance and creativity in overcoming challenges and driving meaningful change.

My role in a startup allows me to wear multiple hats, acting as both a product designer and manager. Despite the seemingly small features I work on, they have a significant impact on the overall performance of the product. For example, I recently developed an admin panel for registering NFT data and an in-house marketplace, both of which required careful consultation with our blockchain engineer to ensure feasibility and logic. My process typically begins with listening to the client's objectives and translating them into tangible features. I then collaborate with our team to finalize the proposal, using tools like Miro to visualize the product. Presenting these drafts to clients not only clarifies the features but also helps in gathering feedback for further refinement. Additionally, creating prototypes allows us to be agile in our development approach, ensuring that the final product meets the client's needs efficiently and effectively. This approach help me minimize miscommunication with clients and increase project successful rate.

Despite the challenges of Japan's unique human resources landscape, where both clients and job seekers prioritize employment stability, I successfully advocated for the contract solution strategy. Understanding the high demand for IT skills and the limited supply, I educated clients on the benefits of contract solutions, emphasizing real connections and influence over mere transactional sales. This approach led to the successful closure of 20 deals within 10 months during the beginning of post-pandemic, showcasing my ability to educate, connect, and influence effectively. My approach involved empathetic listening to clients' hiring pain points and past efforts for improvement. I then presented data on the hiring market and shared real case studies to illustrate the benefits of contract solutions. Comparing the hiring flow with permanent hiring, I helped clients estimate hiring timelines and budgets. After a week, I presented three potential candidates and facilitated meetings and interviews, utilizing negotiation skills to secure agreements. Through genuine service and building relationships, I navigated the challenges of the post-pandemic job market, honing my sales skills and achieving significant success in contract recruitment.

But I landed my first job as a fresh graduate at a global recruitment company, even though it wasn't my first choice. I saw it as a chance to learn valuable skills. The recruitment market was really challenging, making it hard to find new clients and get people to change jobs. I kept a positive attitude and focused on building real connections rather than just making sales call. Despite facing many rejections, I stayed determined. By the end of my first year, I had gained 4 new clients and registered 84 job seekers, even though I only made 2 actual sales. In 2022, my hard work paid off as the market improved. The efforts I put in the previous year started to pay off, and I achieved personal record-breaking sales of 15-20 million yen per quarter. This experience taught me the importance of perseverance and adaptability, and I developed valuable skills like emotional intelligence and sales techniques.
