This assignment is a collaborative project between the other four classmates and I. We worked on redesigning a chosen website to improve its usability, functionality and aesthetic appeal. The process of the project flows systematically from analysing the website, designing the first prototype, reviewing the prototype and the confirmation of the final prototype.

Web Application Design: NTUEats
The project's goal was to implement an online food ordering site that provides food delivery services from all on-campus’ canteen to anywhere within NTU premises. Students and staffs could conveniently place orders and choose to receive at their doorsteps or pick it up at the respective stalls. The system can be accessed by standard HTML browsers and would provide services to two main types of users: Standard Users and Administration.
Standard Users will be able to: • view different canteens and food stores available in each canteen. Description of its address, opening hours, delivery time, last order, etc would be shown in each canteen/store page. • add and edit the quantity of each product into the shopping cart, positioned on the right panel of the page. • view the list of order history, sorted according to the order date from newest to oldest, in "Order Status" page. Each order history would include the relevant details such as order date, customer name and contact, delivery address, and products ordered. • use the search function on the website to look for a specific product or store. The system would match the keywords with the page and display the result based on the store that it is from
Administrators will be able to: • change the database: edit/remove members, generate sale reports by store or by canteens

Design and Innovation Project: First Person Immersive Experiential Game
Design and Innovation Project (DIP) is a compulsory program for all students. Within a group of nine, each project team will propose, design and prototype their product.
Created a first-person immersive experiential game, using the unity3D game engine, where the player explores a beautiful world brimming with natural life through comprehensive design and leap motion interaction.
The project aimed to deliver a realistic experience as it attempts to bridge the gap between the player and the screen, enabling the player to control all movement through their hands and fingers without the need for other equipment. This is made possible using Leap Motion’s motion sensing technology. Integrating Leap Motion with Unity3D, programming scripts are done in Unity3D to control the animations. By performing simple hand gestures within the section region of Leap Motion sensor, the player could interact with the virtual environment displayed on the screen and immerse himself in the beauty of nature.
