THE ROLE
As a data analytics company we believe that data can direct design. Our UX/UI Specialist will work across the Sparkline business; partnering with the consulting, training and technology teams to drive a connected customer experience across all our online platforms (web, eComm, SAAS). Our UX/UI Specialist will have an eye for detail and clean design, with a strong background in Javascript, CSS and HTML; owning the customer experience strategy from idea generation to the live environment.
You will interpret business and technical requirements and translate these into an on-brand, user centric experience with a strong UX/UI methodology and test and iterate strategy to ensure continual improvements across all platforms. You will gather ideas through creative brainstorming and demonstrate knowledge and initiative by determining alternative courses of action on projects with design or time constraints. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, confidently communicating your ideas using sketches, user-flows, wireframes, prototypes and data to ensure engagement.
As a natural collaborator and innovator, your natural self-confidence and maturity will allow you to work in partnership with the existing team, supporting the management team to build our customer experience strategy. Minimum Qualifications:
+ A bachelor’s degree
+ Ideally 2 years full time work experience
+ Working knowledge of Javascript, CSS and HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator and Google Docs
+ Familiarity with platform design best practices and user-centered design principles
+ A impressive portfolio showcasing your visual and interactive design experience
