Founded in 2013, Sparkline is a Digital Data Analytics Consultancy that supports organisations and individuals to make simplify data and provide actionable insights. We do this through consulting, education and product creation with our awesome people!

Exceptional team members

We have a diverse team in terms of skill set and personality. We like to think of ourselves as the United Nations of Sparkline as we have Sparks from all over the world as part of our team and of that we are very proud! We adopt and develop a learning environment in our awesome space here, with that we have Sparks of varying levels of experience at different stages in their career and personal journey, doesn't that make work life far more interesting?

Flat organization

We don't believe in hierarchy here at Sparkline. We do have our wonderful leader and founder Aleetza, leading us every day and supporting us along with our fab Team Leaders but in essence we are all learning and growing and supporting each other... so who cares who has what title, it's what you do with it that counts!

Open communication

We are firm believers in having a very open channel of communication at Sparkline, we all look after each other! We recognise how hard everyone works at reaching our goals so let's make life easier and be there and ready to support our team. We also have dedicated HR lead who runs regular development sessions and office hours, in summary there is always someone to talk to. Also we need this to be able to deliver and communicate to our clients alike, we are here to help them flourish!

Cross-departmental collaboration

Our team covers a lifecycle of a typical Data Analytics project, so with that said our teams are Analysts, Developers, Engineers and Integrators. On top of this they are also creatives, consultants and superheroes, so pretty cool all round to be honest! On a serious note, collaboration and innovation is key to what we strive to do and deliver every day, we are still developing this every day, no idea is a bad one and we try and embrace a 'fail fast and learn faster approach' every day.

Team diversity

I think we mentioned the Superheroes right? Well this is a fact, we have several nationalities across the team, various areas of expertise and wisdom a female owner and leader (not common enough in our industry still) so we are very proud of our diverse roots. We support shared communities and partner ecosystems across the region and industry and are proud active supporters of Women in STEM!

Just have a look at our Potluck pics! We do these every quarter as well as End of Quarter 'order-in' lunches and presentations from our team and generally we are all massive foodies!! Not to mention coffee addicts...
