I am currently a doctoral candidate in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology at the University of Tokyo, with deep expertise in data processing and deep learning model implementation. My research focuses on utilizing multimodal deep learning techniques to elucidate the mechanisms of protein subcellular localization. Concurrently, I am dedicated to studying epidemics based on EHR data and ICU data prediction.
