Technologies involved: Java, AngularJS, Mysql, Ibatis, HTML, CSS, JQuery Team size: 4 Role: Full stack developer Clients: Freshmenu, Squats, Flipkart, Abof, Limeroad Description: Ubona Dialer is a complete call center application developed for e-commerce concerns like Flipkart that includes Agent softphone, main application server and call server. Flipkart loads our application in Iframe. We will provide an admin login and individual login credentials for all the agents. Agents will be segregated into divisions called campaigns based on their skills. When agent logins to Flipkart CRM, he/she will get logged in to our main application server along with their call center server. Then, agent will be able to make outbound calls and get inbound calls using our application. Admin person would be able to monitor the overall performance of the agents as well as campaigns using the dashboard provided. We have designed the UI part using HTML, CSS, JQuery and AngularJS. The backend application was developed in Java. Calls are managed by Asterisk framework.
