現職にてチーム内のメンバーとメンバー会議としてミーティングを実施。その際に認知特性と自分軸と他人軸の2テーマに絞りミーティングを進行し、事前に行っていただいた認知特性テストの結果からメンバー各々の特性を分析し文章化して説明、共有を行いました。
