- HR Business Partner for Factory Population (Primarily non-management population) - Point of contact for Line manager and employee regarding HR related issues such as performance issues, grievance management, providing HR advices, policies etc
Main scope - HRIS Projects implementation – including Core Employee module, Time Management Modules, Recruitment Module etc. - Day to Day support for HR system related issues (Frontier)
Main scope - Project – Implementation of various Modules on Prosoft - Point of Contact for Prosoft and other HRIS issues - Prosoft trained ( PA, Payroll, Leave, Claims & Attendance Module)
Main scope – - Providing full spectrum of transactional and operational HR services to regional countries, including recruitment support, onboarding & separation support, leave administration, HR systems etc.
