Spring 2018 Stanford e-Japan award on my paper "Differing Views on the A-bomb in Japan and the U.S."
The Stanford e-Japan Program was a distance-learning course sponsored by the Stanford Program on International and Cross-Cultural Education (SPICE). The course focused on intensive study of U.S. society and culture, and U.S-Japan relationships. The course culminated with an independent research project. I conducted a survey of high school students in both Japan and the U.S, and wrote my final paper on “Differing Views on the A-bomb in Japan and the U.S.” Based on my research paper, I won the "Stanford e-Japan award(最優秀賞)", and was invited to present my research at Stanford University.
