This required robust problem-solving skills and creative thinking as I communicated the vision of this year’s project with the global team. Also, this involved building relationships, garnering ownership for an altruistic cause in a large group of people, and developing and consolidating the team’s efficiency. We then wrote a report/proposal based on social housing as a solution to foster social cohesion.
