Worked on the open data project at NYS Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE) whose mission is to ensure that through transparency, disclosures, training along with enforcement, New Yorkers can hold their public officials accountable. Based on the weekly meetings with the government agency, created use case scenarios to clarify business flows for different stakeholders, including the government agencies, lobbyists and their clients, and general users.
Drupal Project: • Developed migration scenarios from Apache Coccon and eXist to Drupal as it maintains XML as information architecture • Created a Drupal custom module in PHP which enables to interface between Drupal and eXist with REST architecture by extracting XML data from eXist database via XQuery and rendering queried XML documents with XSL
