In my business perspective, in the field of mobile payments, small companies have no chance as an issuer. The cost of services for individual users is much higher than services for enterprises. So I suggested to launch an acquirer project called dipos, and I had got the API channels of Alipay, WeChat Pay, and UnionPay. This project was finally suspended because our company wants to put limited resources on the issuer project. Because South Korea and China launched cashless promotion earlier and I can't speak in Japanese. So the company supports me to build an international new development team with different management mode and tech stack. Because my budget is limited, and the recruitment situation is not good. Gopos is my personal POS project in Japan, cooperated with [NihaoPay](https://nihaopay.com) and [Ryo Trading Ltd.](http://lingrui.jp) The primary function of Gopos is to help merchants to receive RMB from Alipay, WeChat, and UnionPay through the same QR code and automatically convert to Japanese yen. The MPM part is somewhat similar to [CloudPay](https://cloud-pay.jp/mpm), but Gopay has a much lower rate. Besides, Gopos will provide CPM and the corresponding POS ipad app, and will also provide SDK for launching Alipay and Wechat Pay via mobile apps of merchants. Tech stack of this project is Go, go-echo, gorm, mariadb, redis, react, react-native, etc. Since GFW blocks gcp, this project is deployed on azure. Moreover, it will start running in September 2019.

Smarket is an ERP SaaS system. It is currently planning to provide WMS, FMS, CRM, and POS services for chain restaurants and supermarkets founded by overseas Chinese. Smarket will be launched first in Japan and New Zealand.
SquareMeter is a REITs-like asset securitization project that uses the decentralization of the blockchain and the tamper-evident factor to strengthen credibility to complete crowdfunding real estate investments, implement rental delivery, trading and derivative financial services. Since this project is based on a private blockchain, the business model also has to follow the decentralization principle. We have a team of 14 programmers, 3 designers, 4 product managers, and a group of financial, legal, and administrative staff in the real-estate industry. Farseer is an advanced catering information saas service. The system provides a complete management system and equipment for the fast-paced Chinese restaurants in the big city. It can improve the operational efficiency of more than 10% of restaurants with a 20% reduction of employees, and provide decision support services based on big data analysis, mobile payment and cashier services, detailed financial statements, etc. However, the whole system is too expensive. The products from giant companies only provided very few functions but free to use, so we ended in disastrous defeat. 7upmall is a POS, O2O, and ERP integrated system of a big shopping mall. We provided traditional POS and ERP services for the mall. Also, we developed an O2O mobile app for members, making a lot of small games and marketing activities based on indoor LBS information.
