The aim of the project was to review the current outbound processes and make improvements for the following specific operations. Project Scope: - To review the current outbound processes and develop an updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which will be relevant to current staff and new hires. - To developed and implement an excel-based priority system for processing of job orders and ease of communication between LC (logistic coordinator) and warehouse supervisor. To undergo a comprehensive study on VAS (value added services) and improve productivity through recommendations. Grade obtained: Distinction
