Employee Size Predictive Modelling Project
Together with another analyst, I piloted the company's first predictive modelling project. The objective of the project is to predict the number of employees for a firm given the industry they are in and financial performances such as revenue and capital. Together with another analyst, I assisted to model a multiple linear regression using R to predict the employee size using the available firmographics and financial data we were provided. The project garnered a positive response from executives and help to boost the company's sales performances.
SPRING Singapore's 2017 SME Financing Annual Survey Study
1. Assisted in designing and implementing the 2017 SME Financing Annual Survey methodology. 2. Conducted data cleaning, statistical analysis on the survey data and synthesized research with corporate finance and macroeconomics leveraging on Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau to spot profound trends and gain actionable insights on the overall SME financial landscape in Singapore. 3. Developed an interactive dashboard using Tableau to deliver key insights on the 2017 SMEFinancing Annual survey findings to key stakeholders. 4. Drafted findings report for the 2017 SME Financing Annual Survey and provide actionable recommendations based on the survey findings.
