Founded and lead Kiwanis Voice Club of Nippon, a service organization under Kiwanis International. Organized Pulse Manila 2026 and built a community focused on service and leadership development. 日本初のKiwanis Voice Clubの立ち上げに取り組み、関係者調整、企画設計、継続性

Founded and led KIST Key Club, scaling the organization to 40+ members and 5 active service projects. Established leadership structure and community engagement initiatives. 学校内でKey Clubを立ち上げ、40名超・5名の幹部体制まで拡大しました。資金調達、外部団体との連携、企画運営を通じて、健康・介護・フードロス・青少年支援などの分野で活動しました。

制度、組織、意思決定、社会システムに関心があります。特に、複雑な組織やサービスがどのように機能し、情報やインセンティブが人の行動にどう影響するかを実践と結びつけて学びたいと考えています。将来的には、プロダクト、事業、戦略、組織運営の交差点で価値を出せる力を高めたいです。

学校では理系・文系を横断して学びつつ、課外では研究・サービス・プロダクト構築に力を入れてきました。独立研究では、日本人・中国人ユーザー間の曖昧な絵文字解釈の差や、認知加齢に関する文献レビューに取り組みました。また、教育・情報アクセス・組織運営の課題を実際の仕組みに落とし込むことに強い関心があります。
