Electronic Account Management (EAM) System for APAC and EMEA
EAM is a system that stores the profiles of ASUS Authorized Service Partners (ASP) and the contract terms between ASUS and each ASP. I was in charge of EMEA &APAC, which covered more than 60% of ASP worldwide. It took me 6 months to finish implementing and training ASPs in 10 APAC countries. Responsibilities: - Designing the system: gathered and analyzed requirements, conducted user interviews, understood the entire workflow of ASPs and local laws in different countries - Creating product requirements document (PRD) - Coordinating between the departments and developers involved in each case - Tracking system development progress - Performing user acceptance testing (UAT) - Implementing the system: communicated and provided training to 20-30 account managers in APAC & EMEA - Continuously optimizing the system
