What we do
Hotel Chancellor@Orchard is located on the Orchard Road shopping belt. It is nestled in between two major Mass Rapid Train Stations, the Dhoby Ghaut Station, a major inter-change station and the Somerset Station. All areas of Singapore are therefore, easily accessible from the hotel. Aside from major shopping centres such as Orchard Central, Centrepoint, 313@Somerset, Orchard Gateway and Plaza Singapura, the hotel is a short 5 minutes walk from the Istana, the Singapore President’s Official residence.
Why we do
Accommodation
The hotel has a total of 488 rooms that are mostly double or twin configuration. However, there are some rooms that are triple bed and double keys to accommodate family travelling together. Each room has large tinted double glaze windows that allow generous amount of natural light in but yet keep out heat. All bathrooms offer rain shower or shower over bathtub.
Dining
As the first meal of the day, breakfast provides you with the important fuel you need to go about your day and start it right.
Bistro@Chancellor Café offers a buffet-style breakfast with freshly brewed coffee and tea. Aside from continental breakfast items like cereals and toast, there are also hot Asian dishes.
The Café also serves lunch from 12 noon and operates till dinner time. The menu offers a selection of both western and local favourites.
Located on the 2nd floor, the Café provides a view of the lush greenery that is part of the Istana grounds, the President’s Official Residence. It also has a serene and lush internal courtyard view.
Meetings & Events
Hotel Chancellor@Orchard has a total of four high speed internet equipped conference rooms in a variety of size. Depending on your needs, the rooms can be configured into classroom style sitting that caters from 24 to 84 pax and up to 150 pax for theatre style function.
