Introduction
My name is Kentaro Sakamoto and I am the president of Definer Inc. My name is Kentaro Sakamoto.
Wantedly seems to be proposing the concept of "empathetic hiring," and I felt that I would like to express my values, so I created this article.
As stated in the title, we are careful when communicating.
Phone calls, online MTGs, and conversations are taking up the other party's time.
We are always mindful of the people involved and the cost of communication within our company.
For example, we prepare an agenda in advance and facilitate discussions efficiently based on the document.
We also make sure that arrangements are made so that the other party's time is valued.
With each of these attitudes, we value the time of those who have positions or responsibilities.
We don't engage with people who don't value the other person's time.
A solid professional has a sense of respect for the other person's time, and a community of professionals is highly productive, and you will be able to conduct solid business negotiations.
On the other hand, those who do not value the time of others are wasting their time and do not care about it. Such people are made up of people who don't care about each other, so their business negotiations are not proper.
Presidents, executives, and businessperson who can do their jobs watch how they move casually and carefully.
Their awareness of the importance of other people's time is very solid when it comes to their superiors. We also communicate with executives, and we know that the reason they love us so much is because we are very considerate of them.
For those who have read this
If you have read this far, I am sure we share some values, and I would be very happy if we could talk casually first.
Definer, Inc. is looking for people to work with.
