皆さんこんにちは！

昨年、SHAHANIでは社内インタビューセッションを実施しました。
今回はその中からManager リーバイ・ぺルズの記事をご紹介します。

彼は2016年にボストンの大学を卒業し、JETプログラムへ参加。
英語講師（ALT）として徳島県の山村へ派遣され、10名の生徒へ英語指導を行う。彼にとって素晴らしい文化体験でしたが、2年間が過ぎた頃には大都会での仕事への憧れが強くなっていました。
英語指導以外のフィールドでも成功できることを証明したいという思いに加えて、下記3点を主な理由としてSHAHANIへ入社しました。
①自分自身のビジネスを作り、経営していくことができる
②営業スキルを習得できる
③努力に対する報酬をしっかりと得られること

現在は金融業界を専門とするリクルーター及びリーダーシップチームの一員として頑張っています。

■Who is he?
Levi Pells
Manager

• After graduating from university in Boston in 2016, he entered the JET program.
• He was lucky enough to be selected for an extremely remote region in Tokushima, Japan- In the nearly abandoned mountain village, there was one school with 10 students. It was an amazing cultural experience to him, but after 2 years of English teaching he was craving the big city lights.
• He decided to utilize my new Japanese ability to return to Tokyo and prove to himself he could succeed outside of English teaching.
• Though he didn’t know much about recruitment, the idea of creating and running one's own mini-business, learning sales skills and reaping the rewards of hard work really attracted him to the industry.
