香川県高松市出身。埼玉県立大学時代に障がい者当事者団体に出会い、活動を共にする。2005年卒業。2007年日本女子大学人間社会研究科社会福祉学専攻博士課程前期修了。2007年株式会社テミルに入社。機器のアクセシビリティ調査、保育関連のコンサルに携わる。2009年より福祉事業所で働く障がい者の働きがいと給料向上を目的とした「テミルプロジェクト」を企画・運営した。2016年9月東洋大学大学院福祉社会デザイン研究科博士後期
