大泉工場は「チャレンジ」出来る環境を兼ね備えている会社。 仕事を楽しめる環境の下で地域に根付いた「農村ミュージアム（仮）」を立ち上げられたらと思っています。 後継者のいない高齢の農家さんが活躍できる場、障がい者の人たちが活躍できる場、地域の人々の憩いになる場所を作りたいと思ったいます。
