- APAC Service Level Agreement Reconciliation
Assist in managing the SLA Project in BNP Paribas Singapore. In this project I built an application matrix, drafted new Service Level Agreements for all of BNP Paribas APAC, built the Local Office Management Committee Gap Analysis matrix & form, drafted the Outsourcing Review Form & held weekly meetings with Head of Global Markets IT & Head of Outsourcing in Hong Kong. This project is new to me as I have never handled the business side of IT and I learned to liaise with important stakeholders to maintain steady progression for this project.
- Tableau Server MIgration
In this project, I assisted with the latency issues faced by Tableau users in Dubai. I worked with the team in Dubai. Latency is caused by the server as Tableau is hosted locally & the server is old plus the network bandwidth is small hence the migration to a new server & an upgrade in bandwidth
