Responsibilities Interns of Public Policy Division may work for, and not limited to, a part of below items under the direction of Public Policy head and managers. - Devise and execute Policy Programs working closely with cross-functional teams. - Support public sector clients such as central & local governments, NPO, public institutions for their usage of TikTok, and promote partnerships through campaigns, seminars, and conference etc. - Research and analyze policy issues related to TikTok and Bytedance's core business domain. - Devise Public Policy Journal for public policy stakeholders which showcases latest news and best usage practices. - Join global meetings related to the above tasks. - Administrative work including internal finance processes, legal contracts, and other office work. Qualifications - Strong interest in policy advocacy, public policy, CSR, and public sector outreach. - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and under tight deadlines in collaboration with a wide array of cross-functional teams across the company - Analytical, problem solving and communication skills with self-starter mind - Efficient level of literacy of digital applications such as MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Language skill : - Proficiency in English on both speaking and writing - Native in Japanese and have authentic writing skill. *勤務条件としては、半年以上、週三の出勤が必要です。 *インターンシップへの参加と、正社員採用については一切の関係がございません。インターンシップへの参加有無に関わらず、正社員ポジションへ応募される場合は、採用ホームページをご確認頂き、該当ポジションへの応募をお願いします。尚、2020年度におきまして、インターンに参加頂いた方の中から、正社員ポジションに応募し、入社に至った社員は７名おります。
