Primary Responsibilities -Responsible for the full recruiting cycle - identify, source, screen and offer candidates base on skill requirements from Capability Directors and line management. -Ensure quality sources to provide desired flow of recruits, focus on direct sourcing. -Develop and execute recruiting communications strategies to ensure consistent messages tying in with employment branding initiative go out to the prospective candidates. -Effectively market Avanade (JV of Microsoft& Accenture) externally (professional recruiting networks, third party recruiters, search firms, vendors and the media). -Maintain and track recruiting KPIs e.g. cost per hire, recruitment turnaround time, and report on a regularly basis recruitment status and statistics. -Foster continuous improvement through gaining feedback and reviews from key stakeholders - candidates, new hires, business leaders and line management to help improve on the recruitment process and effort.
