The Role:
- Successful candidates will bring a dynamic combination of IQ and EQ, an ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with strong interpersonal skills to maximize value in partnership negotiations & implementations.
- You will be joining the Regional Commercial team and work with some of our most beloved partners within the Grab ecosystem in South East Asia.
What you’ll do:
- Manage regional partners within the F&B, FMCG and/or Retail industry and work with them to grow with Grab.
- Work closely with the Commercial teams within each of our countries to support on the local execution to drive the results expected by our partners.
- Bring your analytical A-game to build business models, perform analysis to understand trends, provide actionable insights, and track performance to ensure we’re driving towards the best possible outcome.
- Collaborate with Data, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to drive and support key initiatives across our business teams that will grow opportunities and value for our partners.
- Your regional focus will be on SEA but will require you to have a deep understanding of the food-tech ecosystem and beyond.
What you’ll need:
- 4 years+ of relevant experience in e-commerce, strategy consulting or experience building partnerships at a high growth company within South East Asia.
- High throughput. You are someone who gets things done. You are proactive and love to be part of the action and get energy from being busy.
- Be extremely organized. You bring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills. You know how to build trust and work with internal and external stakeholders from various cross-functional teams (business, product, operations, engineering, finance, legal) in order to achieve your goals.
- Problem solver. You are able to assess the problem, come up with solutions, and execute to resolve the situation in a timely manner
- Growth mindset. You are hungry to learn and are comfortable in environments that change quickly and are uncertain.
- Effective communicator. You are able to concise and articulate in any medium, you are able to convert a large and complex set of information into clear and structured messages.
- Strong code of ethics and sound business judgment required to do what is right at every moment.

- Regional language proficiency (e.g. Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog).
- A wealth of high-impact relationships across F&B and/or FMCG industry.
