As our Operations Executive you'll be the front concierge and help co-working members with their daily enquiries and needs. In addition, you will answer email enquiries for venue rental and day-pass enquiries, and maintain a space of 3 levels, including up-keeping and managing interior enhancement works.
More of what you'll be spearheading:
- Provide support to partnership executive and community executive
- Work with various workshop partners to maintain schedule, and receive details of workshop
- Ensuring schedules and workshops are properly listed on website and other platforms
- Managing cancellations of workshops and work with finance for payment related matters
- Compile attendance for workshops
- Supporting workshop partners in space requirements - unlocking doors, AV systems, tables, etc.
- Work with IT and WiFi vendors for connectivity and security systems (including door systems)
- Ensure building fire safety concerns are addressed
- Manage inventory of creative hardware tools and resources
- establish and maintain a good relationship with all tenants, workshop operators and members.
We're looking for these following qualities:
- A creative thinker and possess good PR skills.
- Profound knowledge of market research, business making and negotiating principles.
- We would love someone who has excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships, effective time management skills and good at multi-tasking!
- Passionate, driven and able to commit weekends and/or OT
