[Key Responsibilities] - Guide external developers through KBKx APIs, auth, booking flows, and data mapping. - Investigate integration issues by reviewing API payloads, system logs, and reproduction steps. - Support QA in defining integration tests and help operational teams with post-launch technical issues. [Required Qualifications] - Experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, TAM, or integration-focused roles. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, request/response payloads, and logging. - Professional English communication skills; residing in Japan. [Preferred Qualifications] - Domain knowledge in travel tech, hospitality systems, or billing engines. - Familiarity with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, SQL, JSON, or observability tools. - Japanese language ability.
