As a new team member

Responsibilities: - Lead JP and KO HROP team to ensure daily operation accurate and on time. Ensure our HR operates efficiently and aligns with EFQM yearly objectives. Set objectives for the team and track progress based on metrics. Track key HROP metrics like cost per hire and retention rates - Lead HR projects like internal employee communication, data quality checking and compliance work, cultural and operational transformation at scale, design company policies and procedures, review and update our employment contracts and agreements. - Enhance the people and workplace experience through localized people initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle, including process improvements, data & insights. - Provide support and knowledge to the business for the whole employee lifecycle. Continually, work on the enhancement of the employee lifecycle process. Scale various HR programs to create efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. - Well-versed in Japanese and Korean Employment Law and local practices Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above, a focus in Human Resources or Management is preferred. - 10+ years of People Operations/Human Resources related experience. Experience managing a team. - Leadership and influencing abilities - strong business partnering skills and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking abilities, coaching skills, and project management. - Obsessed with improving employee experience, and can design and implement end-to-end HR solutions to engage with employees at all stages of the life-cycle. - Data-driven and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills. - High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics. - Highly proficient and have excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English. Highly advantage with Korean, Japanese and English language ability. - Good knowledge of labor legislation - Experience in a fast-paced, high- growth tech company.
