As we receive more local and international guests who typically stay with us for over a month, we need to maintain a top-notch level of cleanliness and service standards.

Our small but dedicated housekeeping team takes care of:
• General area cleaning
• Tidying up rooms; Making beds and changing linens
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchenette area
• Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
• Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry
• Washing and ironing linen and towel items
• Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
• Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
• Emptying trash and disposing of waste
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
• Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
• Other miscellaneous or ad-hoc items as the need arises

The goal is to provide a safe, welcoming and comfortable temporary home for our guests who may be local residents or inbound business travellers or relocating expats!

We are looking for someone who is diligent, respectful and reliable. 
• Experience is welcome but not required and we will provide adequate training.

Our business is growing quickly and we are looking for senior citizens to join our Housekeeping team!

As we expand our business, we are creating an all-new role to take care of our expanded operations, dedicated to Laundry service at our Serviced Apartment.

Our laundry attendant will be responsible for the overall laundry operations (5-day week) and assisting other requirements by the Housekeeping Department. including:

• Picking up guests and linen items ensuring washing/cleaning/drying and return in pristine conditions
• Upholds a professional impression and perception of the Triple 2 Studio.
• Ensures that any found personal belongings (E.g. money, loose items, etc.) in the resident’s laundry are being returned with their garments promptly.
• Process proper documentation/recording of laundry requests and charges.
• Shows care for assigned work areas by organising and maintaining the laundry and work areas in clean and hygienic conditions throughout and at the end of the shift; Ensures that all equipment used is clean and kept in good working condition at all times.
• Undertakes and performs any additional duties as assigned for Housekeeping.

The expectations are to deliver a high standard of service and quality for all things Laundry for our business and our guests, and you will need basic washing / pressing equipment knowledge to apply.

We are a rapidly growing international trading company focused on a specific area. To expand into the Southeast Asian market, we are seeking a passionate Digital Sales Executive to drive business growth, develop potential clients, and achieve sales targets through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new clients through digital channels such as social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), email marketing, and online advertising.

Analyze market trends and competitors to develop data-driven sales strategies.

Manage the online sales process, from lead generation to closing.

Work with the marketing team to optimize digital marketing content to improve conversion rates.

Use CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales progress and submit weekly reports.

Participate in online trade shows, webinars, and other digital events to promote products on behalf of the company.

Job Requirements:
At least 1-3 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce sales, or B2B online business development.

Familiar with digital marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM).

Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (must collaborate with multinational clients/teams).

Data analysis skills; able to interpret sales reports and propose improvement plans.

Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Singapore citizen/permanent resident or holder of a valid work visa.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in international trade, B2B e-commerce, or cross-border sales.

Familiarity with Southeast Asian digital consumer behavior.

Skilled in other Asian languages ​​(e.g., Malay, Mandarin dialects).
