Hey there! I'm Shao Heng. I graduated from Republic Polytechnic with Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science. I worked in F&B during my Poly's days and am now working as a Barista for 2 and a half years. I joined Starbucks and currently working at The Dark Gallery as a Barista Supervisor.

My role is to make sure the cafe has all its items stocked up and preparing ingredients and assist the manager to run the shift smoothly and communicate with all the team members.
