I started the project with the UX side of things by first doing research and analysis of the market, competitors and target audience. Then I developed the service blueprint, information architecture, user stories and user flow. Later on I designed the wireframes which eventually led to the UI and pattern library. At the end of the project I developed the front-end website and web app.
