Teamtopia is a gamified workplace wellbeing portal where users earn points for completing activities that are good for them. Drawing on the science of wellbeing and positive psychology, teamtopia was originally an online delivery mechanism for mental health and wellbeing education resources, but as part of the scoping process we saw the potential for it to become so much more. By introducing social and gamification principles we made it addictive, an engaging team-based competition delivering positive outcomes for the individual, the team and the workplace.
