I-DEEE! (Innovation Driven Entrepreneurship and Emerging Economies) is a business forum for passionate young professionals and entrepreneurs of Tokyo. Since its inception in March 2014, I-DEEE! has organized 6 academic conferences in Tokyo and a Social Entrepreneurship camp in Ishinomaki, Miyagi. The participants and members are from diverse professional backgrounds (entrepreneurship, technology, Strategy Consulting, Research, Government etc.) and geographic backgrounds (more than 15 countries). Topics related to product innovation, social business, healthcare in emerging economies, social entrepreneurship for redevelopment in Tohoku have been discussed in the forum. The I-DEEE! vision is to operate in 3 stages: Learn, Experience and Project Execution. While academic conferences have been organized as a part of stage 1, and the social entrepreneurship as a part of stage 2, 2 project teams, India and Bangladesh, are in the planing stage. The goal of the 2 teams is to successfully implement project to contribute to development in the two countries.
