Two-year secondment to SUBARU CORPORATION from Toyota Motor Corporation （トヨタ自動車からSUBARUへの2年間の出向）

GR車両開発部「Web3・XR推進グループ」へ、組織初の中途採用メンバーとして参画。組織統合に伴い現在はGRマーケティング部 広報・マーチャンダイジング室にて、GAZOO RacingブランドにおけるWeb3、Web2、XRサービスの企画およびビジネス展開を牽引。

【Global Alliance Leader】 My main responsibilities involved handling international web3 operators, including developing new customer relationships, fundraising, supporting onboarding and development for the Japanese market, providing marketing support to clients, and overseeing the entire process up to the finalization of contracts.

Joined the Asia team at Cross The Ages, taking charge of marketing, community management, and social media operations in Japan. Collaborated closely with team members based in France, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

自社運営スクール事業「ライフデザインスクール」「はぐくむコーチングスクール」の新規開拓個人営業。ベンチャー企業や学生団体、NPO法人など幅広い団体に対して研修講師や個人へのコーチング、カウンセリングを通して自社運営スクールの入会や、自社コーチングサービスなどの販売を行う。

・イベント企画、運営 ・SNS運用 ・記事のライティング。20本以上の記事執筆。
