Wander is in open beta on App Store. With our beta launch of September 2016, we are well on the way to making messaging between new people a rewarding and fun experience.

How we do
As a team, we make thousands of decisions in the process of building Wander. The one thing that drives our decisions is always people. How would someone feel, what would they think, and how do we delight them?
We think of how people communicate in person, and how to bring that humanity back into digital interaction. Since group messaging is about managing multiple trains of thought and different personalities, we designed Wander to bring out the best in groups of people, who are just a tap away.
As the Founder and CEO, I (Krystal) will do my best to help you reach your best. I'll push you beyond your comfort zone, encourage you, value you, expect more of you, challenge you - and potentially break you. I'll do the same to myself. Good is the enemy of great. When we constantly grow, we get closer to achieving the big, hairy goals.
Character, communication and compassion are just as important as skill and experience.
We hire product-thinkers with great attitudes. You have an educated opinion, work fast and challenge yourself, and are a strong team-player with a growth mindset.
