Well we had a great night catching up with some of our Sparkline alumni! Thanks to all who came out to join us, really fab having you with us. We were joined by some of the teams of graduates that we have trained over the years, some were part of the Squared Data and Analytics cohorts and we were also joined by clients and partners alike!

We heard form Industry professionals such as Ervyn Tan from the Data and Analytics team @Zalora, Lexi lazenby, Partner @Mitchell Lake and Marcus Tan, Talent Solutions Consultant @Linkedin. Great work guys, we talked a lot about the talent gap in the market and how investing in training and development can offer further opportunities to all with regards to propelling your career.

In the Digital Analytics space particularly, the world moves super fast, for those already the industry we need to ensure we keep up to date and well versed in terms of what is happening in the MarTech space. For those looking to carve out a career in the industry finding the right company, role and/or training opportunities can be very daunting!
