and honest way. Call it how you see it. And in return, sincerely listen to the feedback of
others. Do what you say you will do. Say what you did, even if it was wrong. There should be no politics.
Urgency matters. Getting far enough when time is limited, can be the difference between the life and death of what we're trying to build. Have a bias for action.
Don’t let breaking things stand in the way of moving faster. Just get it done. Sprint towards the change you want to see. When others see you, they will want to sprint as well.
Hunger to understand how reality works. Make things more precise and more accurate. Run many experiments, even if most of them fail. Measure everything. Look for patterns of reality in the data that tell you what to do. Return to first principles.
