Why we do
We are one of Singapore's renowned and award-winning curator, manufacturer, and supplier of halal-certified gourmet gelato. Healthy keto, diabetic-friendly, and awesome signature flavours are available. Momolato is also the homegrown gelato supplier behind many of Singapore's premier hotels, restaurants and cafes.
How we do
Momolato's founder Sharon Tay have always dreamt of creating her own brand. She picked up her skills from the Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna, Italy where she spent her time studying. Sharon wanted to specialise in mousse cakes and frozen confections, and that ignited a passion for working with ice cream. A firm believer in innovation, Sharon and the Momolato production team come up with new ideas and new flavours on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
