Celebrating our first $500,000 donated to Koala conservation
Koala has had phenomenal success in Australia, growing to become one of the largest mattress companies in the country in less than two years. We're looking to do the same in Japan.
Our Australian success has come from three things: firstly, our people. The Aussie team is extremely talented, energetic and fun-loving. If we have any hope of succeeding to the same degree in Japan, our team in Tokyo will need just as much talent and just as many good natured members!
As an early member of the team, you'll play an instrumental role in influencing our culture in Japan. We have a can-do attitude about all we do and want to make sure Koala is the best place you'll ever work. You should, too.
The second major contributor to our success is our focus. We have unwavering and unquestionable focus on our customer. This isn't about buzzwords or empty promises. It's about truly and wholly understanding what our customers need and want, both implicitly and explicitly.
As a team, we are never satisfied about how far we go to meet our customer expectations. We have a long way to go before we're perfect, but we are looking for team members that are interested in joining us for the journey!
